You can upload photos and information yourself from the day you buy it till the the day you sell it, you can even get your mechanic to upload receipts and before and after photos of modifications, just about anything that happens to your car from rims and tires to body kits, paint Jobs, full rebuilds to just the service of your car. When you sell the car you pass this digital time line history you have created to the new owner, and then they can add their own photos, receipts and comments going forward.
